Propel is collaborating with a growing retail company to find new CRM talent to help fuel their growth and reach their customer-centric objectives.
The Company

* They now have an opportunity for new CRM talent to join the team and help them drive solid email marketing campaigns across a nurtured customer lifecycle.
The Opportunity
* Join a successful marketing team to support CRM communications primarily across email marketing but may also include other common channels.
* Help with customer segmentation for personalisation and tailored campaigns to customers.
* Nurture customers across their lifecycle, from acquisition welcome journeys to seasonal campaigns like Christmas and retaining customers to the brand.
* Opportunity for direct line management but this isn't compulsory if you prefer more of an individual contributor role within the team.
Requirements:
* Prior CRM experience across email marketing and customer lifecycle marketing.
* Previous retail experience is very desirable, or a similar customer-centric industry.
* Attitude is super important - this is a lovely team of people who roll their sleeves up and dive into their work head first! Everyone is supportive, collaborative, and along for the journey of reaching the team's objectives.
Practical Info:
* Location: Birmingham area
* WFH: office 3 days, home 2 days
* Compensation: up to £45,000 DOE
