Role: IT Project Manager
Salary: £52,000 - £62,000

Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the delivery of new and replacement infrastructure and environments, ensuring projects are completed within the agreed timelines, budget, and meeting both business and technical specifications
* Provide leadership in both new and replacement infrastructure delivery, working across departments and ensuring adherence to agreed standards
* Facilitate and manage project methodologies, using a mix of Agile and Waterfall as appropriate
* Build and maintain effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders, including technical and operational staff, and external suppliers or third parties
* Manage expectations and ensure regular communication with project stakeholders, updating them on resource demand, milestones, budget, and dependencies
* Proactively anticipate, manage, and resolve project-related issues, serving as the main point of contact for project-related inquiries
* Implement best practices in risk management, identifying and mitigating potential risks in a thoughtful, considered way
* Ensure quality control processes are followed and oversee change control and risk management practices
* Lead and advocate for project management best practices, encouraging adherence to these practices across the organisation
* Participate in benefits realization planning to ensure the organization reaps measurable benefits from each project
* Contribute to initiatives that enhance sustainability, health and safety, and overall compliance with internal policies
Essential
* A history of completing IT infrastructure projects in a dynamic, technically challenging setting
* Expertise in effectively interacting with groups of technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Capacity to adapt to a rapidly changing and technically complicated situation
* Previous experience with agile/waterfall management tools and methodologies
