Description As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for: Overseeing all payroll functions and ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. Preparing and maintaining accurate records and reports of payroll transactions. Ensuring compliance with current government regulations. Collaborating with Human Resources and Accounting teams. Establishing and implementing policies on matters such as payroll advancements to employees. Identifying opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency in the payroll department. Ensuring that all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements. Training and mentoring the payroll team.
