Job Description:
We are looking for experienced project managers to support on projects through May - August 2025. The focus of the roles will be to oversee the delivery of high-profile live brand experience campaigns. This will involve creating, planning, budgeting, implementation, and evaluation.
You will be a key point of contact day to day for our end clients, ensuring the campaign runs efficiently and effectively. The assignment is based in our Maidenhead office but will involve visits to activation sites and production houses.
The project will include:
* Working with the Client Development and Campaign Management to respond to client briefs
* Identifying and coordinating all relevant internal resources that need to contribute to the planning, specification, creation and delivery of the campaign.
* Creating and maintaining a detailed scope of work that clearly sets out the agreed tasks and deliverables for N2O.
* Ensuring that the total potential scope of work is identified through the activity booking form and factored into lead times.
* Managing and documenting any change requests and adjust cost estimates and time plans accordingly.
* Helping ensure the campaign is delivered within agreed costs, achieving margin targets, and hitting clients KPIs.

Requirements
* Strong Experiential and/or Event Project management experience
* Ability to forge good working relations with internal teams quickly
* Experience of supervising and directing people.
* Ability to attend out of hours builds and de-rigs is essential
* Availability throughout May -August 2025 and able to travel to client sites including a variety of UK Locations
