Project Manager – Retail Fit-Out Projects

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee large-scale retail fit-out projects from conception through to completion. This role includes full responsibility for health and safety, project scheduling, budget control, and client relationship management. With a reputation for delivering projects valued up to £10 million, this opportunity is ideal for a proactive leader who excels in dynamic environments.
What You’ll Do:

Plan and Schedule Projects: Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring all phases align with timelines and budget goals. Adapt plans as necessary to address project needs and milestones.

Ensure Health & Safety Compliance: Lead health and safety protocols on-site, fostering a secure working environment and ensuring full compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Manage Client Relationships: Act as the primary liaison for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, addressing client requirements, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout each project phase.

Monitor Project Progress and Reporting: Provide regular and transparent updates on project status to both internal stakeholders and clients, covering budget, timelines, and any potential risks.

Uphold Quality Standards: Oversee quality assurance across all project stages, proactively addressing issues to maintain standards that meet both company and client expectations.

Required Experience & Certifications:

Experience: At least 5 years in construction project management, ideally in the retail or fit-out sector.

* Asbestos Awareness/Management Training
