Location: Holywood
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Contract: 6-month initial contract, with potential for a permanent role
Pay Rate: £11.55 per hour

The Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator/Receptionist to join a well-regarded organisation in Holywood. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within an established team, with a focus on supporting daily administrative functions and managing front-of-house reception duties.
Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handling inquiries and directing them as necessary.
2. Maintain the reception area, ensuring a professional environment for staff and visitors.
3. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document management.
4. Support internal teams with meeting arrangements and calendar management.
5. Handle incoming and outgoing communications in a timely and efficient manner.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is desirable.
2. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
