Chef required for an establishment in central Canterbury.
Great hours; Tuesday to Saturday (Apply online only).
Immediate requirement for a Chef on a temporary basis to support the team. Along with leading the kitchen operations, you will support in the delivery of the existing menu.
Duties:
1. Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations
2. Order and replenish stock
3. Manage stock rotation
4. Supervise team
Pay depends on experience: Head Chef approximately £19 per hour; Sous Chef approximately £15 per hour.
