Job Duties:
* Provide tailored support and guidance to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Create individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
* Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students achieve academic progress
* Assess students' progress and provide feedback to both students and parents/guardians
* Collaborate with other educators and professionals to ensure holistic support for students
Required Qualifications:
* Recognised teaching qualification
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Understanding of SEN support strategies and best practises
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Previous experience in a teaching role, particularly with SEN students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students overcome challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training in SEN education
* Experience with assistive technology for SEN students
* Experience working in a diverse classroom environment
Working Conditions:
This role involves working in a learners home setting. The position is temporary and requires full-time availability during regular school hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
