Commercial Mortgage Broker
Salary: £35k-£50k + uncapped commissions + benefits + career development
Location: Remote, Hybrid or Office Based (Chester)
Our client, a thriving commercial finance brokerage, seeks an accomplished Mortgage Broker to join their esteemed and vibrant team. Your role is pivotal in furthering our client's current status as a leading finance provider, collaborating with the existing team.
Key Responsibilities:
The Commercial Mortgage Broker will provide specialist advice on commercial finance products, including:
1. Commercial mortgages
2. Bridging finance
3. Development finance
4. Mezzanine finance to new and existing clients
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Maximise cross selling opportunities.
2. Responding to inbound enquiries and self-generate sales opportunities to develop a strong sales pipeline.
3. Ensure service levels and compliance standards are in line with both company and industry guidelines and regulations.
4. Place cases with a panel of lenders and work alongside a dedicated sales support colleague to process the transaction through to completion.
5. Maintain an ongoing comprehensive understanding of the non-regulated finance area.
6. Network externally to support the company brand and develop further referral avenues.
7. Develop relationships with our lending panel.
Requirements:
1. Proven ability in the broker/intermediary sector (minimum 2 years).
2. Excellent level of technical knowledge, especially in the Real Estate & Construction sectors.
3. High level of compliance to industry principles and procedures.
4. Strong ability to build and maintain a client base.
5. Organised, motivated and energetic with the ability to prioritise workload with a focus on client service.
