About the Role: As a Ramp Agent, you will play a vital role in our operations by ensuring the efficient unloading, reloading, sorting, and distribution of material in accordance with DHL, Airline, and Legal Regulations. Your responsibilities will include: Sorting and scanning of inbound and outbound material, involving manual lifting. Preparing load sheets and load plans in compliance with Ground Accident Prevention. Overseeing loading and unloading of aircraft as requested, following DHL Ground Accident Prevention guidelines. Coordinating with handling agents and 3rd party shippers. Managing container allocations and arranging fuelling/de-icing as needed. Ensuring accurate and timely messaging via NMIV. Preparing flight plans and associated documentation. Maintaining clear communication with Network Control Group flight watch. Compiling relevant reports.
