Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on the most complex and challenging cases, serving as a senior expert in your field.
* Deliver profitable work while supervising junior fee earners, ensuring effective file management and time recording.
* Build and nurture client relationships, consistently exceeding client service expectations.
* Drive business growth by expanding expertise into new sectors, and markets, or increasing market share.
* Generate thought leadership to attract new opportunities and raise the firm's profile.
* Manage team performance and ensure the achievement of all financial and non-financial KPIs.
Skills & Experience:
* 8 years + PQE
* Experience in corporate disputes, shareholder disputes, partner disputes, and contract disputes .
* Proven track record of leadership and a passion for team and business development.
* Ability to manage profitability, costs, and client billing effectively.
