They are now looking for a Residential Property Solicitor to join their team, which already sits at over 120 strong. Residential Property Solicitor - The Role: The successful candidate will report to the Head of Conveyancing and should have comprehensive experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong focus on Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Shared Ownership Schemes, Rights to Buy, Transfer of Equity, and Lease Extensions. Residential Property Solicitor - The Requirements: A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in Property Law Strong client care abilities, with the capability to offer professional, reliable legal advice in line with the SRA Code of Conduct. Demonstrated business development skills, with a proven track record in implementing effective marketing strategies. Proven ability to meet fee-generation targets and drive financial results. Solid experience in managing an independent caseload from start to finish. Strong written communication, drafting, and technical skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex legal concepts. Please note that this is an on-site position, requiring attendance on-site 5 days per week
