Our client provides multidiscipline engineering services for the energy industry. They provide a full range of design, construction and commissioning services and are active across many sectors including Renewables, Gas Networks, Water, Energy & Utilities, and Asset Management. The company is responsible for planning and development of some of the most significant projects in the energy sector throughout UK and Ireland. They have 7 offices across England, Northern Ireland and Ireland with over 200 staff.

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Design of projects from conceptual phase through to project completion e.g., energy projects including renewables, pipelines and installations (gas, oil, water or wastewater), industrial buildings & utilities.
* Statutory requirements for new developments such as planning, fire cert and DAC applications, IPC license requirements.
* Building Control compliance and design in accordance with building regulations.
* Design of new and modifications to existing gas and water installations.
* Design requirements for energy projects such as Solar, Hydro, CHP and Power Stations.
* Design of other energy infrastructure related projects.
Candidate Requirements:
* Engineering degree (Hons bachelor’s degree) in Mechanical, Process, or a similar discipline relevant to the specification above.
* 3+ years post-graduate and relevant design experience.
* Experience in the Water Industry
* Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Good academic record
* Full clean driving license and own transport required.
* Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.
