Our client, a well-established and welcoming Nursing Home, is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join their team. Specialising in mental health and dementia care, this service provides a safe and homely environment where residents can feel at ease. What We’re Looking For?
* Registered Nurse (RMN, RGN or RNLD considered) with relevant experience in mental health, dementia care, or challenging behaviour support.
* A valid UK NMC Pin
* A compassionate and patient-focused approach, with strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide mentorship to junior staff.
* Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, mental health frameworks, and person-centred care principles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering evidence-based nursing care to residents with mental health conditions, dementia, and complex needs.
* Managing and responding effectively to challenging behaviours with a compassionate approach.
* Leading and supporting a team of care staff to ensure the highest standards of care.
* Administering medication safely and accurately.
* Developing and implementing personalised care plans in collaboration with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and best practice guidelines.
