You will be responsible for understanding both internal and external Navro client needs and translating these needs into clear detailed requirements for the Navro development team.

The Role
We are looking for a self-starter and agile individual that can work directly with our product, engineering, and compliance teams in rolling out our products, ensuring that Treasury can manage funds efficiently in time for launches and in line with safeguarding regulations.
Requirements
What you'll be doing:
* Leadership of the existing team of 3 with a view to building a large team as we scale globally.
Treasury Operations:
* Develop and maintain high-quality reconciliation processes, ensuring compliance with safeguarding requirements.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls and treasury policies.
* Assist with the implementation and maintenance of treasury management systems.
* Prepare regular treasury reports and analysis for management.
* Participate in treasury-related projects and initiatives.
Cash Management and Banking Relationships:
* Manage relationships with global banking partners.
* Negotiate banking fees and services.
* Stay informed about new banking products and services.
* Oversee bank account administration, including opening, closing, and maintaining accounts.
* Implement and maintain efficient cash concentration and disbursement processes.
* Manage client funds in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, with a strong focus on safeguarding and segregation principles.
Foreign Exchange Risk Management:
* Identify and assess foreign exchange exposures.
* Develop and execute hedging strategies to mitigate FX risk.
* Monitor FX rates and market trends.
* Analyze the impact of FX fluctuations on the company's financial performance.
Other:
* Assist with the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
* Support the Head of Treasury in other treasury-related tasks as assigned.
