The prison houses around 1200 patients with a variety of needs, including a number of patients with long term conditions and complex health needs which can result in high polypharmacy. Within this role you will be working with an established pharmacy team including 1 other pharmacist, this role will be largely focused on dispensing any may have some meds management and clinical work within the rota. Main duties of the job As the Pharmacist your responsibilities will vary. Qualifications & Experience GPhC registered Pharmacist.
