Job Title: Client Account Manager Location: Edgbaston Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience) Experience Required - Experience with PayProp Solftware is ESSENTIAL. Our independent award-winning agency is looking to hire a Full Time Client Account Manager. Previous experience in Residential Lettings Accounts and bookkeeping skills are essential. Must also have experience with PayProp. The role will involve dealing with the Client Account, posting receipts from the tenants and landlords, dealing with deposits return and refund requests and making payments to landlords and contractors. Client accounting and booking keeping experience essential. We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious individual to provide the best possible service. This role is best suited to a quick thinking, team player who is adept in problem solving and has exceptional relationship building abilities.
