About the Role: KS2 TA: As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you will play an integral role in supporting classroom teachers, delivering targeted interventions, and enhancing the overall learning experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson preparation, working with small groups of pupils to reinforce learning, and offering one-on-one support where needed. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that cater to both mainstream and special educational needs, ensuring that every child can succeed in a dynamic, inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities as a KS2 TA:
* Support class teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Facilitate small group sessions and one-to-one interventions.
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning atmosphere.
* Adapt resources to suit the diverse needs of pupils, including those with special educational needs.
* Collaborate with the wider teaching team to monitor and track pupil progress.
Application Requirements: KS2 TA:
* A passion for education and a genuine interest in the well-being of children.
* Experience working in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A caring, patient, and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
