Generative AI Sales Lead – Solutions Sales

Generative AI Business Development Manager is required by our global market leading client
Working with some of the most talented people and most reputable product in the business we are looking for self starters with a fantastic track record of exceeding targets within technology consulting solutions sales
As Business Development Manager you will play a key role in driving the sales of our services into our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to understand client requirements, articulate the value proposition of our offerings, and communicate how our solutions align with their business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Generate leads and qualified opportunities from decision-makers in the EMEA market;
* Work with the Subject Matter Experts in converting leads and qualified opportunities in closed deals, including organizing demo’s, workshops, webinars, and other interactions;
* Work with the Leadership in ensuring commercially attractive and viable, profitable commercial propositions are made to ensure leads and qualified opportunities are converted
* Building and maintaining constructive working relationships with the wider team;
* Building and maintaining the network of ‘known decision-makers’ in the EMEA market,
* Building a relationship with ‘known Technology decision makers’ that will assist in targeting those decision-makers for Software and Service Solutions
Essential previous experience must include
* Proven experience as a Gen AI sales specialist with deep Gen AI and Automation solution experience
* 10+ years experience in technical consultative selling, account management, or sales strategy roles.
* A proven track record of success and exceeding targets within a global technology company
* Very strong knowledge and demonstrated skills of sales techniques, customer interaction, customer relations.
* Exceptional ability to build relationships at VP / C-Level
* Exceptional organizational skills, communication, and presentation skills
* Ability to self manage
