Join our established team in Dagenham as a HR Advisor. In this position, you will be responsible for providing a first-class employee experience. No two days will be the same in this true HR generalist role About the role: Collaborating with the HR Leader you will build strong relationships with all our stakeholders, while collaborating with the HR team to provide a seamless HR service. This is a fast-paced and changing environment, where it is essential to focus on excellent delivery and service. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing advice and guidance across all aspects of the employee life cycle, while offering best practice, commercially focused solutions. Monitor, review and update all HR policies, ensuring these are in line with current legislation while informing managers of any changes. Coordinate and oversee the preparation of data for payroll and benefits. Assist with recruitment campaigns and coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants and their onboarding. Work with the HR Leader on complex employee relations issues and supports internal investigations. Maintain accurate HR records and reports Look after absence tracking, payroll and employee benefits. Actively contributes to local and regional HR projects Our ideal candidate: Has worked as a HR Administrator with exposure to ER cases and is looking to move into an Advisor role Thrives in a fast-paced operational environment collaborating with the team Has strong interest in people management and employment law. As you will be working in a busy operational environment, we are looking for someone who prefers to be on-site. We are offering a full-time and permanent contract.
