Senior Marketing Manager
We are looking for an experienced creative Senior Marketing Manager to join the company during an exciting period of growth. You would play a key role in delivering marketing plans at venue level and lead the marketing department, driving strategy across all venues.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and lead the overarching marketing strategy, ensuring alignment across all venues.
• Oversee the execution of marketing activities across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with Venue Marketing Managers to deliver tailored marketing plans for each location, maintaining a cohesive brand image.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders for campaigns and content creation.
• Lead the analysis of marketing performance metrics, using data to optimise marketing initiatives.
• Manage the departmental budget and provide leadership for all marketing staff, promoting career growth and development.
• Work closely with operational and sales teams to support each venue in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
You will need to have:
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a multi-site or venue-based environment.
• Experience in the hospitality/leisure/service industry is highly desirable.
• Expertise in digital marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO, and PR.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a marketing team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across different locations simultaneously.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Quick self-learner, with a proactive calculated give it a go attitude; equally someone who is resilient and recovers well when met with challenges.
