You as an Account Director (AD) are responsible for developing and leading an effective client management proposition and will ensure our client receives a proactive, engaging, and excellent service, maximizing the potential for business within the client’s region. You will lead and develop the team, ensuring they are motivated and supported to achieve maximum results and grow and maintain senior stakeholder relationships.
You manage and control all aspects of RPO and/or MSP delivery within the designated business areas. Liaising and interfacing with key stakeholders such as executive level, HR/Talent Acquisition, and procurement leaders to add value to the process and being responsible to provide leadership to our recruitment delivery teams and their Managers.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading and managing client relationships, managing client expectations, and providing innovative solutions to solve client needs
* Providing direction and guidance to the delivery team leads and ensuring that their knowledge, capability, training, and support are aligned to the tasks expected of them
* Managing several accounts performances to ensure KPIs and SLAs are exceeded
* Taking responsibility for delivering a prescribed budget for own area of the organization
* Communicate client needs to the team and relevant RSR internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
* Escalation management, ensure timely resolution, direct corrective action as needed
* Leading and implementing continuous process improvement activities
* Building own capabilities and developing the capabilities of direct reports by working within an existing development framework
* Coaching and mentoring the team to meet service levels required and ensure best practice process is followed
* Provide induction, development, reward, and succession planning
What will you bring?
* Proven track record of management experience in the recruitment industry
* Experience working with outsourcing programs or knowledge of MSP/RPO programs is an advantage
* Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects, tasks, and/or initiatives simultaneously
* Excellent stakeholder management and people management skills
* Good understanding of the labor market
* Energetic personality, strong business development acumen
* Complete fluency in German and English languages
