* Leading the small development team and driving collaborative and continuous improvement

* Reviewing existing processes and finding ways to optimise and automate those processes
* Driving the adoption of cloud technologies
* Coaching, mentoring and supporting the development team
* Overseeing all areas of the software development lifecycle
* Consistently horizon scanning for industry trends and emerging tech
