At Chase Virtual Solutions we specialise in providing virtual administration support to clients across the UK. We offer a professional, premium and personalised service to support our clients in the day to day running of their business.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to appoint a number of positions including an Executive Assistant /Personal Administrator. Our work is fast paced, so someone who is confident with great organisational skills and good attention to detail.
What you'll do:
· Manage diary, co-ordinate meetings and prepare agendas
· Client reporting and management of the CRM database to log all client contact
· Ac as the first point of contact, handling phone calls and client enquiries
· Drive client marketing including social media and online presence
· Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth business operation
What we're looking for:
· Proven track record working in a customer facing role and good administration skills
· Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise conflicting demands.
· Proficiency technical skills – including Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Salesforce
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels both internal and external
· Proactive, problem solving and someone with the mindset and ability to work independently
· Strong team player
