Description
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Territory Manager to join our team in Christchurch, overseeing the Canterbury region. As a Territory Manager, you will act as the vital link between our clients, franchisees, and the business, ensuring seamless operations and high standards across all sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct quality control and site inspections across allocated sites
* Coordinate and communicate regularly with clients and franchisees
* Develop sales growth and manage accounts effectively
* Ensure all inspection audits meet business standards
* Maintain and register properties, and handle administrative tasks
* Evaluate franchisee performance and provide necessary training in areas such as people management, health and safety, compliance, and cleaning
Ideal Candidate Background:
* Experience in facilities management, cleaning, pest control, or waste control
* Strong account management and sales experience
* Ideally, someone with franchise experience or a solid understanding of franchise models
* Excellent people skills with the ability to build strong relationships
* A willing and enthusiastic attitude, ready to take initiative and drive improvements
