Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Mainframe to join our Major Incident Management (MIM) Command Center at a leading UK bank. This role is critical to ensuring effective incident management and minimizing service disruption.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage major incidents from identification through resolution.
2. Coordinate communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
3. Ensure timely updates are provided to all relevant parties.
4. Conduct post-incident reviews and implement improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in Major Incident Management.
2. Strong knowledge of mainframe systems.
3. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
