Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a BI Analyst for a business based in Solihull. Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous. This is a rounded role which will play a key part in the businesses reporting and give you great exposure to the business. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement unique performance indicators and metrics for comparing multiple areas across the Group. Analyse and compile information into spreadsheets, documents, and Power BI reports for management distribution. Communicate and educate other departments and executives on the company's financial performance, strategic progress, and future plans. Provide detailed commentary to management on the organization's performance in relation to objectives and strategies. Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to convert business requirements into reporting pipelines. Essential Requirements: Proficiency in Power BI, Data Modelling, and Power Query. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong understanding of SQL (experience with Snowflake is a plus). Effective communication and presentation skills, with a keen eye for formatting. Ability to adopt a solution-focused mindset, turning stakeholder requirements into clear, insightful reports. A strong commitment to data governance and best practices.
