Our client, a leading business in their sector, is seeking a Care Recruitment Consultant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Due to a growing team, our client is looking for an in-house Care Recruitment Consultant to join their team, where you will be working with an existing team of consultants. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting high-quality candidates to join the care team, ensuring the firm continues to meet their high standards and requirements.
The ideal candidate will have previous recruitment experience, whether it be in-house or from an agency, where you are used to dealing with candidates, screening experience, and interviewing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct screenings with candidates, assessing their skills, experience, and qualifications.
2. Use job boards and advertisements to source candidates.
3. Assist in interviewing candidates.
4. Ensure all candidates meet the relevant criteria, conducting background checks and requirements.
5. Ensure all regulations are met whilst conducting DBS checks.
Key Experience:
1. Previous experience in a recruitment role is required, whether in an agency or in-house.
2. Confident liaising with colleagues, candidates, and third parties of all levels over the phone.
3. Excellent communicator, confident in building and maintaining relationships.
4. Strong team player who is able to work with those around them.
