We are currently recruiting for a Senior Claims Operations Analyst on behalf of our client, a highly regarded Lloyd's Syndicate.
This role focuses on maintaining the highest level of reporting and data quality within the Claims team, serving as a key contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with the Claims Leadership Team to implement claims strategies aligned with company objectives.
2. Ensure claims data quality and integrity are maintained at an unrivalled level in the London Market.
3. Manage and train the claims team on practice, process, guidelines, and controls updates.
4. Oversee the implementation of the Bordereaux Management Solution, ensuring minimal impact on reporting and owning data layer integrations.
5. Act as the custodian of the company's Catastrophe data, including volumes, values, and coding.
6. Create and maintain dashboards to track actual vs. expected losses, utilizing product-specific loss ratios.
7. Engage with key stakeholders such as Underwriters, Pricing, and Actuarial teams.
8. Manage a log of Event and Catastrophe codes.
9. Enhance claims reporting and ML suite capabilities.
10. Perform Lloyd's regulatory data reconciliations (OBM, OMA, Solvency II) and regular CAT submissions.
11. Conduct weekly reviews of claims data to identify anomalies and data quality issues.
Key Requirements
1. Experience in a Claims Operations role with a solid understanding of finance, claims terminology, data points, and processes.
2. Strong numeracy and data management skills.
3. Knowledge of SQL and Power BI is preferred but not essential.
