Responsibilities and Duties
Reporting to the Group SHEQ Director, you will:
Lead and implement high standards of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) practices across multiple sites.
Develop and maintain effective policies and procedures aligned with current legislation and business needs.
Conduct risk assessments, create action plans, and ensure control measures are implemented.
Deliver engaging onboarding programmes for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Train and coach teams to embed a safety-first culture and continuous improvement mindset.
Monitor site operations through audits, inspections, and incident investigations to ensure compliance.
Collaborate with regulators and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and reporting.
Professional Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:
BSc (Hons) in Occupational Health & Safety, NEBOSH Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
