Administration Manager – The Lake

looking for a Hotel Administration Manager that can make a difference, motivate
a team and run the behind the scenes of a busy hotel smoothly. Right now,

What
your days could look like:
* Harri
(our workforce management platform) time and attendance administration,
checking and supporting HOD’s when needed or in their absence
* Returning
all payroll paperwork by relevant deadlines
* Support
Group HR with processing paperwork in line with relevant deadlines – starter
paperwork, reviews, change forms, absence paperwork, recruitment authorisation forms etc
* Support
Group HR with all recruitment stages, including conducting company interviews
* Manage
reports on overtime for team for authorisation and payroll processing
* Coordinating on payroll or holiday queries
* Compile
and collate headcount and organisation chart accuracy
* Support
Group HR with booking and coordinating meetings inclusive of disciplinary and
grievance processes
* Manage
the booking and coordination of team and charity events
* Ensure
team training platform is up to date and correct training courses are
allocated. Book and organise training courses
* Manage
the issuing, maintenance and ordering of team uniform
* Manage
team accommodation occupancy, maintenance, servicing and weekly inspections.
* General
management administration maintenance of H&S platform
* Reporting
and collation of revenue data
* Oversee
management of daily cash ups, banking, petty cash and invoicing
* Management
of administrative team
Job
skills and requirements:
* Good
amount of experience in a similar administrative role
* Computer
iterate to a high standard
* Excellent
knowledge of all Microsoft applications
* Strong
understanding of systems (Harri, Resort Suite)
* Experience
in cash handling
* English
& Maths GCSE Grade A-C (or equivalent)
* Previous
experience within hospitality environment
* Strong
organisational skills
* Strong
numeracy
* Ability
to prioritise and delegate tasks
* Pervious
experience in HR role or HR Level 3 CIPD (desired)
* Attention
to detail
* Strong
communication skills
* Discretion
