What your days could look like: Harri (our workforce management platform) time and attendance administration, checking and supporting HOD’s when needed or in their absence Returning all payroll paperwork by relevant deadlines Support Group HR with processing paperwork in line with relevant deadlines – starter paperwork, reviews, change forms, absence paperwork, recruitment authorisation forms etc Support Group HR with all recruitment stages, including conducting company interviews Manage reports on overtime for team for authorisation and payroll processing Coordinating on payroll or holiday queries Compile and collate headcount and organisation chart accuracy Support Group HR with booking and coordinating meetings inclusive of disciplinary and grievance processes Manage the booking and coordination of team and charity events Ensure team training platform is up to date and correct training courses are allocated. Book and organise training courses Manage the issuing, maintenance and ordering of team uniform Manage team accommodation occupancy, maintenance, servicing and weekly inspections.
