Veterinary Surgeon - Valley Veterinary Hospital, Cardiff, Wales Valley Vets are excited to be recruiting for an additional Vet to join our amazing team of Vets and RVNs at our RCVS accredited hospital at Gwaelod y Garth. About you: We’re looking for a confident, experienced GP Vet with a surgical bias, who has a passion for supporting colleagues’ development. A team player with great communication skills you will be keen to share your knowledge and expertise, able to demonstrate when required or simply observe and offer guidance. The Role: Salary – up to £70,000 per annum – dependent on experience Full-time (part-time considered) Work pattern – a 4 day week with one 9 hour weekend shift (Sat OR Sun) every 5 weeks, and one bank holiday shift a year - giving a great work life balance Hours – 38.1/wk (includes the weekend BH shifts) No on-call – we have a dedicated night service Certificate study/clinical development fully supported About us: Our caring teams at Valley Vets have been serving the pets of South Wales since the 1940’s.
