Job Role: Carpenter / Locksmith
Location: HMP Feltham, Bedfont Rd, Feltham, TW13 4NP
Salary: £33,938.51 per annum plus 5% for working shifts covering weekends
We are seeking a dedicated Carpenter to join our team at HMP Feltham - Feltham A, a 15 to 18 year old male prison & Feltham B, an 18 year + old male prison.

We are a Ministry of Justice business and provide critical services to HMPPS, and are looking for a Carpenter inc Locksmith with any combination of:
1. Substantiated experience in a similar role
2. Competency in the use and operation of all associated power tools and machinery
3. Basic IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word
4. Knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
5. Up to date First Aid at Work Qualification
6. City & Guilds, National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) Level 3 in Carpentry or an equivalent qualification or substantial experience
7. Good Health & Safety knowledge
8. Excellent organisational, time management and people skills
