The internal communications team plays a big part in making sure our people feel connected, understand how the business works, and see the impact they have every day. What You'll Be Doing We’re getting ready to launch a brand-new employee communications platform that will put the right information, tools, and services in the hands of our people—wherever they are. In this role, you’ll support the IC Channel Lead and work closely with IT and our platform vendor to bring it to life. You’ll help set up the content management framework, move key information over from SharePoint, and support the phase-out of Workplace by Meta. You’ll also develop processes to make content creation smooth and effective, while leading training to help teams make the most of the new platform. Working with teams across the business, from operations and engineering to office-based teams, you’ll make sure their needs are factored into the platform’s design and ensure everything runs to plan. With a focus on delivering a great user experience, you’ll help shape the way we communicate, making sure the platform stays relevant, engaging, and easy to use. What You'll Bring To The Team You’ll have experience working on time-sensitive projects and have helped launch an intranet or employee app before. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are key—you’ll need to clearly understand business needs and explain things in a way that makes sense to different audiences. You’re quick to pick up new systems and comfortable teaching others, with a talent for simplifying complex information and writing clear, engaging content. A good grasp of Microsoft Office 365, especially SharePoint, is essential.
