They now seek to appoint a People & Culture Manager to embed their common-sense values across the business. As People & Culture Manager, you will: Manage all people processes, including absence and DEI Take responsibility for recruitment Monitor performance management and reward management Manage Payroll and compensation Handle employee relations Support line managers to develop their teams Ensure the company is perceived as an Employer of Choice Recruit an assistant to your team As People & Culture Manager, you will need: Background in operational people management CIPD Level 5 Experience implementing a range of people processes Experience managing employee relations Knowledge of UK Employment Law Understanding of best practice in reward and recognition Salary & benefits: £60k pro-rata Monday to Thursday 10am-3pm (Part-time) On-site gym Staff events Team-building activities Exclusive staff discounts Training courses Brand new offices with AC Holiday entitlement increasing with service Enhanced sick pay scheme
