Job Title: Children’s Registered Manager
Location: Pudsey, Leeds
Salary: Highly competitive / £60,000 to £65,000 plus 10% yearly Bonus and Ofsted Bonus
Working Hour: 40 hours per week, with the flexibility required.
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: Vulnerable children and young people who have experienced complex trauma and abuse / EBD
Home:
* Number of Beds: 3
* New Provision, Not Registered
Qualifications Required:
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
* Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children’s and Young People’s Service
Experience in Years:
* At least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children within the last 5 years
* At least 1 year in a role requiring supervision and management of staff in a care role
* Experience managing or assisting in an Ofsted inspection
* In-depth knowledge of Quality Standards and Children’s Homes regulations
