ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Head of Technical, you will be responsible for the site Hygiene team of 60 staff, including 2 FLM’s as direct reports, and 5 Team leaders. You’ll therefore taking full accountability for managing all aspects of performance including Hygiene and Technical KPI’s, conduct, attendance etc. As Site Hygiene Manager you will actively encourage individuals and teams to challenge and improve good hygiene and manufacturing practices and processes to meet the expected standards and targets, while ensuring compliance to health and safety policies and procedures. Your time will be split between helping the performance of the team as well as ensuring appropriate paperwork is completed and available to relevant personnel. You will continue the development of a robust cleaning schedule for the production and ancillary areas of the factory and introduce new and improved processes as required.
