We are currently recruiting passionate Primary Teachers for schools across Plymouth. These positions offer the opportunity to inspire and nurture young learners in supportive and engaging educational environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum.
2. Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and learning.
3. Tailor lessons to meet the diverse needs of all students, ensuring everyone has access to the curriculum.
4. Engage with parents and attend school activities, meetings, and events.
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to create a dynamic learning experience.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
2. A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children’s growth and development.
3. Previous experience in a primary school setting (NQTs are also encouraged to apply).
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
5. A creative approach to lesson planning and teaching that keeps students engaged.
6. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
