A forward-thinking school located in Carshalton is currently seeking someone with suitable experience for the post of a Behaviour Mentor/Behaviour Support Assistant. The Behaviour Mentor will work alongside colleagues providing support to identified students who need assistance with their learning and behaviour.

4. Competitive pay rates starting between £12.80 - £14.00 per hour depending on experience and working hours.
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will prepare and deliver learning activities to individuals and groups while monitoring children across attendance, behaviour, and achievement. You will also be responsible for providing support for children, teachers, and the school to raise standards of achievement for all pupils with behavioural needs.
The school is based on a large site with spacious classrooms and excellent provisions for all students to progress. The school is improving and striving to be GOOD at their next Ofsted inspection; the Head Teacher is keen to appoint new staff to move the school forward.
