Our client who designs and manufactures production line equipment for the pharmaceutical industry are keen to recruit a Project Manager to manage all aspects of a variety of projects from large production lines to small tabletop units. Are you a Project Manager with a knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry? If so, the ideal candidate will be a Project Manager with knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry and experience managing projects in a technical environment ideally with extended project life cycles.

Duties:
* Manage all aspects and types of projects through the business
* Meet overall project objectives for quality, delivery and cost
* Manage & resolve key project risks & issues
* Maintain a clear understanding of the current scope of work throughout the project and manage the commercial impact of any changes
* Work with internal departments to ensure projects run smoothly and that technical information is passed on correctly
* Liaise with customers and suppliers on technical issues
* Travel to customer sites worldwide on occasion.
Requirements:
* Must have an understanding of project engineering
* Experience of managing projects in a technical environment
* Experience of extended project life cycles
* Experience gained within the pharmaceutical industry or production machinery manufacturing industry would be beneficial
* An understanding of good manufacturing practice and validation principles would be an advantage
* Must have a systematic approach to work and be excellent at relationship building
* Product training will be given on specialist machinery and equipment
* Must be willing to undertake overseas travel on occasion
