Territory Sales Manager / Healthcare / Assistive Technology
Salary: Up to £42.5k basic salary DOE + uncapped OTE + PRP bonus + car + health cash plan + excellent corporate benefits

Opportunity:
Are you an experienced Technical Sales person with demonstrable success in driving new business and retaining existing business within a growing, successful, market-leading organization?
A key member of the Product Sales team, this varied and exciting role is responsible for exceeding new business sales targets while maintaining business within the West & South Yorkshire territories.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver Sales plan for the region in line with National Sales Manager targets.
2. Be the product expert and provide feedback with advice and assistance to OT’s, Technical Officers, and contractors.
3. Contact, create, and complete all targets with key Local Authority, Housing Association, or contractors as agreed with the NSM.
4. Complete all assessments, including bookings into ERP system and deliver vs target in a professional manner within expected SLAs.
5. Complete survey requests via ERP system activities within expected SLAs.
6. Package selling of third-party products into domestic properties alongside the company’s product offering.
7. Deal with after sales issues that may arise either directly through meetings or via phone/emails.
8. Ownership and follow up on all quotes created by the NSM.
9. Sourcing and identifying new market sectors and growing and maintaining existing market areas.
10. Ensure that accurate meeting notes are kept and recorded via HubSpot. Any relevant information about the marketplace is promptly entered onto the CRM system.
11. Demonstrate proactiveness by using the CRM system to record email and telephone inquiries.
12. Respond efficiently and promptly to any reasonable line manager’s request.
13. Report all customer complaints and product/process non-conformities.
Person:
You would have a distinct advantage if you already have good knowledge of disability, its causes and outcomes, and if you have worked with products designed to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life. However, the right attitude, behavior, eagerness to learn, desire to take initiative, and integrity are the essential ingredients required to succeed in this role.
Experience in solution lead technology, product-based sales coupled with the necessary communication and people skills are essential.
