Interim Strategy Consultant – Performance Management
Location: London
Duration: 3-6 months
About Us: My client is a leading PE backed services organisation which has grown through acquisition over the past 10 years. The organisation is now comprised of multiple businesses operating independently of one another, spanning the UK and Europe and including main centres as well as regional hubs. While these businesses sit under the same brand, they all have different ways of working and they are now seeking an experienced Strategy Consultant to join them to support the team with developing a standardised view of performance management across the Group.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess current performance management practices and develop recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with senior management to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
* Design and implement performance management frameworks and processes.
* Develop interfaces and dashboards to enable a ground-up view of the business by office/country/region etc.
* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate staff on performance management tools and techniques.
* Analyze data and report on performance trends to inform strategic decision-making.
* Provide interim support during the implementation of new performance management systems.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Strategy Consultant from a top-tier consulting firm (ideally MBB)
* Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks and methodologies.
* Exceptional analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
