Job summary The role covers a variety of areas from face to face contacts to telephone call handler and navigator to local services. This is fast paced and requires accuracy to both take and relay information, clearly and succinctly to patients, staff and outside bodies. No two days will ever be the same You will need to retaining information and using both company policies and common sense, record and direct to the most appropriate services for the enquiry, whilst remaining calm under pressure is a must. We are looking for someone with a Polite and friendly manner with excellent communication skills via all mediums of communication, these are key skills in this role. We work across multiple sites. Main duties of the job Duties would include but are not restricted to, making, changing and cancelling appointments, raising prescriptions, solving minor problems for patients. Liaising with Clinical staff, looking after your workspace and practice in general. Referring patients, taking messages and updating patient records.
