About the Finance Manager Role We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Finance Manager to join our growing team. You will provide financial oversight and strategic insight across all departments of a rapidly expanding, tech-driven fulfilment business.
Reporting directly to the Owner, this is a high-impact role in which youll contribute to business scalability, financial rigour, and long-term commercial planning. Youll partner with stakeholders across the organisation, drive improvements in processes, and support both UK and international growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities for Finance Manager Financial Management & Reporting
Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts and support business strategy with timely financial insights.
Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Provide strategic support to operational teams through financial modelling and data analysis.
Maintain and improve financial processes, systems, and controls across all departments.
Business Partnership
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
Partner with Tech, Sales, Operations, and Account Management to align financial planning with operational delivery.
Provide commercial finance support to new initiatives and business growth areas.
International & Strategic Growth
Support the finance function across a growing European footprint, currently spanning 8 sites and 500+ employees.
Bring a global mindset and ability to navigate the complexities of multi-country operations.
Contribute to financial planning, investment cases, and corporate finance activities, including M&A when required.
Leadership & Progression
Operate as a leader within the UK finance team and a trusted partner within the wider business.

Skills & Qualifications for Finance Manager Experience
ACA-qualified with 515 years' experience in accountancy, financial management, or corporate finance
Background in high-growth businesses or professional services environments
Exposure to international operations and/or multilingual teams is a bonus
Skills
Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial modelling skills
Excellent Excel capabilities and analytical thinking
Confident communicator able to influence cross-functional teams
Experience working with finance systems and ERP platforms
