Customer Service Advisor - Insurance
Manage incoming calls and handle customer service inquiries
Identify customer needs, provide information, and resolve issues
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts
Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:
Prior experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
