Overview About the client Our client is one of the world's leading home appliance manufacturing companies, present in over 160 countries globally. They manufacture a wide range of high-end appliances known for their Scandinavian design and premium functionality. Responsibilities About the role In this role as a Direct to Consumer (D2C) Performance Manager, you will lead performance planning across Search, Paid Social and Programmatic for a key client account. The role is designed to enable the client to maximise revenue generation from paid media and to unlock incremental growth opportunities for client and agency alike. You will have the opportunity to work with an internationally renowned, award-winning team of 40 digital experts across two continents and a multitude of platforms. This role will sit within the European region, looking after one commercial area comprised of 3-5 local markets. You will have accountability for delivery of media spend and revenue targets across all local markets in the commercial area. This is a client-facing, consultative role, where you act as a conduit between the clients and the performance media activation hub, providing actionable insights, media recommendations and competitor/landscape analysis to identify new ways to accelerate growth. To be successful in this role, you will need a solid understanding of the performance media landscape (search, social, display, video), solid business acumen and have a flair for client service; quickly establish strong client relationships with multiple stakeholders. About the work - Full accountability for the delivery of revenue and profit margin targets - Proactively identify growth opportunities by analysing previous channel performance and optimising budget splits per channel - High touch client communications; regular structured and ad hoc meetings, calls and email support - Troubleshooting issues with pacing and or performance per channel by liaising with channel leads and communicating challenges and solutions with clients - Project managing key sales periods and campaigns to ensure timely delivery of assets and meeting of deadlines - Regular liaison with global Zenith activation team to ensure overall alignment with best practice guidelines and strategic framework - Work closely with activation hub on designing and implementing a test-and-learn roadmap - Develop relationships with key partners and suppliers to maximise the value the partnership (e.g. Google, Meta, DSPs) - Proactively share success stories internally and with the client; create a culture of positive internal and external PR - Analyse wider industry and market trends and how these apply and affect client's account performance - Lead reporting documentation and presentation for your commercial areas Qualifications What you need to succeed You will be responsible for regularly updating and reiterating plans and strategy across performance channels to ensure delivery of the client's goals and business objectives. You will have the gravitas to convince and persuade client stakeholders and give them confidence in our solutions.
