As the Assistant Reception Manager, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and impeccable service from check-in to check-out. Your leadership will inspire the team to exceed guest expectations and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service.
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy.
* Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring efficient and smooth procedures.
* Manage room reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy.
* Handle billing, invoicing, and cash management, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.
* Maintain front desk policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel reception.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in hotel management software.
