2. Organise the classroom and learning resources and create displays to encourage a

4. Managing behaviour and supporting the class teacher, planning, preparing and present
5. Support in lessons that cater for the needs of the whole ability range within the class
6. Using imagination and innovation to enhance the learning experience of all children
7. Working with small groups and 1:1
8. Have a flexible approach and ability to adapt resources on the spot
9. Motivate pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentations and Maintain discipline
