Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the procurement business of JD Group in the Americas, focusing on categories including warehouse, equipment, consumables, interior renovation, and administration.
2. Optimize the procurement process: manage procurement requests, source suppliers, formulate procurement plans, operate procurement, and manage vendor performance to ensure outcomes meet requirements.
3. Control procurement costs: regularly assess procurement requirements, design effective procurement models aligned with business models, and ensure cost rationality through analysis of historical data.
4. Manage supplier relationships: build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a sustainable supplier ecosystem.
5. Analyze data and innovate: regularly analyze procurement business data and propose innovative improvement suggestions.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in spoken Chinese and English, capable of using both as working languages.
2. More than 5 years of procurement work experience, familiar with procurement operation processes and local market conditions in the Americas; background in the logistics industry preferred.
3. Possess strong data analysis and logical thinking skills, good teamwork and communication abilities, capable of undertaking project-oriented work and effectively driving progress.
