Keysoe International ltd is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Events and Office Coordinator to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional experiences to customers. As our Events and Office Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless execution of events and providing exemplary customer support. From liaising with coaches to ensure each clinic is ran to specification, through to managing event logistics, supporting the customers at every step. This role will also be responsible for creating captivating social media content to keep our followers up-to date and informed on what is happening onsite. About the Role: Event organisation; working closely with coaches and event organisers to coordinate clinics and larger scale events, both equestrian and non-equestrian, ensuring all necessary documentation (e.g. risk assessments, insurance & relevant documentation) is in place. To liaise with National and International Equestrian Federations, International Athletes offering professionalism at every interaction. To promote the range of services available to clients. Welcome clients and attendees on-site, ensuring they have all the necessary information and a memorable experience. Coordinate between multiple departments to ensure all event/customer expectations are achieved. Capture the excitement of events by taking photos and creating engaging social media posts, blending marketing-provided content with on-the-spot updates. Provide ad-hoc administrative support across the business, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, to include booking meetings, welcoming visitors and any other task required. About You: Strong knowledge of equestrian events and the equestrian industry is essential. Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal. Ability to communicate in a second language is preferable but not essential. Ability to provide a VIP customer experience. Professional and personable, the ideal candidate is presentable, confident, and approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills. Organised and adaptable with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in using all Microsoft office tools and other customer management systems. Experience of creating engaging social media content to promote events and activities. Owing to the nature of the role, the standard working hours will include weekend working.
